Having received Christ as my Lord and Savior, and being in agreement with River of Life Church's mission statement and core values, I now desire to join the River of Life Church Family. In doing so, I commit to God and the other members to do the following:
1. I will attend church regularly and faithfully. Don't stop meeting together with
other believers... instead, encourage each other...Hebrews 10:25 (CEB)

2. I will be faithful in my giving to the ministry of River of Life Church.Ten percent of everything you harvest is holy and belongs to [God]. Leviticus 27:30 (CEV)
3. I will volunteer to serve at River of Life Church. Serve one another with the particular gifts God has given to each of you. 1 Peter 4:10 (Phillips) (Christ) gave...some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up. Ephesians 4:11-12 (NIV) Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. 4. I will change habits and practices that are unscriptural and that create disunity within the body. So then, let us aim for harmony in the church and try to build each other up. 5. I will seek to resolve conflicts in a biblical manner.Therefore, if you are offering your gifts at the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. 6. I will be committed to personal growth and to the growth of River of Life Church. Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. 7. I will be committed to winning others to Christ.The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.
